The private colleges usually have approximately 15% seats reserved for the NRI aspirants. The eligibility requirements from the NRI aspirants is same as that of the resident Indian candidates i.e. NEET score. The fees is 4-5 times that of resident Indian candidates.

It depends on the counselling type.
JEE mains don't allow to register at 2nd round while some state level counselling like Punjab allow you to registration at 2nd round.

you can not apply directly to second counseling round , you need to wait fot the spot round. wait for the spot rouond and apply there. keeo in mind if you miss that rpound also. then thre will be no chnace of getting seat in any of the college. all
