In your optional subject and English you need pass marks.

Your chances of admission in Government medical college also depends on the category, so kindly mention your category and only then, we can help you with this.
Based on this score NEET 2018 you can apply for Deemed universities & management quota seats in private colleges but the chances are less to get a seat in Government colleges.

It would be tough to tell you the exact but A score of more than 350 to 400 might be the safest score to get the state quota seats for MBBS or BDS programme.
