Sorry to say but the marks that you have scored in NEET are not enough for you to get a govt.MBBS college in Karnataka. You can try for private/ deemed unversities, there are chances that you can get a seat there.

But i don't think they will process your admission because you have to submit your domicile certificate anyhow
