Original documents (along with attested photocopies of documents) for admission to under-graduate medical courses.
I. Admit Cards of Exam issued by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
II. Result/ Rank letter issued by CBSE.
III. Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
Fee structure vary from college to college. Kindly mention you are asking about the fees of which college?
Yes, you can free exit from round 1 counselling. If you are allotted a seat in round 1 and even if you doesnot report/join the allotted college then you would not be penalized.

As per the last year cutoffs and counseling process rounds you have scored well for the admission process rounds. You can apply for the counselling process round so that you can got the best college for your prescribed course and branch.
You may have chances in Deemed Universities.
Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota.
