If you are non-karnataka student then you can only apply for NEET AIQ seats or for the management quota seats in private colleges.

Non Karnataka Candidates who have applied for medical colleges in karnatka are just included in NEET 2018 state merit list. But the first preference will be given to karnataka students only through home state quota.

As such there is no quota for ex army children in neet . There are reservation in state medical counseling for soldiers injured in service or gallantry award.

If you belong to Andhra pradesh then you will be eligible to apply for the management quota seats in private colleges of Karnataka. You can apply for the second round counselling when its registration start for the second round.
