You don't have chances of getting a seat through all india counseling but you definitely have good chances of getting a seat through state counseling as per previous years cutoff.

Sorry to say but you have low chances of getting a seat through all india quota in a government medical college in karnataka.
You may try through state quota if u have domicile of karnataka.

Every college have reservation for OBC catagory. Since you have not mention the name of course for which you have to found the number of seats for obc. Please provide the name of course or college in which you want to know.
