Yes, you can fill the form and try for 2nd round counselling, but chances of getting a Govt Medical seat is less. All the best.

I scored 229 in NEET and I applied for only AIQ seats in 1st Round of AIQ counseling. I havent been allotted any college in the 1st Round.

Getting a govt medical college with these marks is quite tough as you know the competition level is very high. However do apply for the deemed colleges in the second round you may get one otherwise apply under your state quota.

No if you want to apply for state quota. Then you should have domicile of that state otherwise. You can not apply for that reservation category.
