You may get a chance in AIIMS Nagpur and Guntur. All other AIIMS have already completed its 5 years and much of development is done, so as years pass the ranks get lower.
Generally it can go upto an AIR rank of 2500.
that 1000 rs fees ids for counseling and no other fees is neede for registeration so need not to worry you have been regostered for the counseling session now the colleges will be alloted to you according to your rank. all the best.

You will have to fill application for counsellings under state quota. Further after verification you will be alloted college according to your rank.
