you should have both non - crimilayer and ST category. They will issue certificate only if you have both.

So this year rank will be most probably 20000 and marks will be around 505–510.

If your rank is within 1400 then you will be getting KPC Medical College easily.

You can fill form for TN,but for Kerala weare not sure.
