you can apply for majority of the medical courses only in our country as well as outside country the MCI has its official website as well as all other medical institutions have their official website you may apply as per your preference

As of now only ranks upto 17500 are eligible for documents verification. Also at your rank the chance of getting a seat in government or Private medical college is extremely low.
