i got 61.5 percentile in neet ug 2018....and my marks is 155....but my rank in lakhs ......will i get mbbs ?? .....i am sc too....

You won't be able to get a government seat with this rank. Although, you may try for private colleges. Also, O would like to tell you that your chances of selection would be more in courses other than MBBS. Do check them too.
