according to me if you applied for private colleges your name will still appear in the merit list and there will be no separate list form.

You can not apply for Government Medical colleges in other states for seats under 85% State Quota. To apply for state quota counselling, candidate must fulfill the eligibility criteria of that particular State. You can apply for private colleges in other states. Private colleges in some states offer admission
Based on your marks, you may have chances of admission to management seats. Also, You can also try for admission to Deemed Universities.
