No. Admission will be based on the rank of that academic year only. For eg- 2020, as said NEET will happen twice so Dec 2019 and May 2020 will be the exams to be considered and the better one will be taken.

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU), Dehradun is the state counselling conducting authority for Uttrakhand state.
As of now no information pertaining to MBBS counselling registration, fee, etc. has been released for this year's MBBS admission by HNBUMU. It is likely to be released anytime soon.
In case, if you are not allotted any seat in all rounds of counselling then your fee will be refunded in the account that you have provided at the time of registration. Security fee will be refunded only after completion of counselling.
