I passed NEET Exam with 96 marks- 40.345% and I belongs to OBC category. Is it possible to get MBBS admission in any college/deemed univrsty

Ahana Bhan 18th Jun, 2018
Hello

I am afraid this score is not enough to bag an MBBS seat in a govt medical college.
Nevertheless you should work harder on your weaknesses and score better, then you can definitely be a doctor one day.

Good luck!

I am afraid this score is not enough for you to bag a govt medical college MBBS seat even with the category.

Sir, my sister has scored 125 what would be her state ranking and category is OBC would she get a government seat? And state is Karnataka.

ruchika.chauhan Expert 19th Jun, 2018

Hello,

It would be difficult to tell the State rank. You will have to wait for the final State merit list. Based on the marks, chances are less of admission to Government medical colleges. For private colleges also, chances are less.

You can try for admission to Deemed Universities.

Good
