Every state and every college has a different cutoff so nothing could be said with complete surety. It's quite tough to get a govt medical college with these marks However you might get a private college or deemed college with these marks.

As per your marks and rank in NEET 2018, you won't get admission in any college. You should have scored more than 350 in NEET as per your category.

Your score is really amazing.You have a chance of getting a private college under management qouta seat as the pre requisite for any college and any state is a domicile certificate.You need states domicile to apply for that college though you can get a seat through management qouta.
