I don't think any colleges is out there without providing the Hostel facility. So, please mention the college to be more precise or if if you want to know about all the colleges then yes there must be a Girls hostel in each and every campus.

The seat allotment result date for different states is different.For eg in UP it would be declared on 5th of August. Since you didn't mention the state declaration of seats for all india quota would be completed by last of July.
