For admission to Government medical colleges in Tamil Nadu you can apply for seats under 15% All India Quota.
You can also apply for management quota seats in private colleges. There is no reservation for reserved categories under management quota.

There is only one application form to apply for AIQ & Deemed Universities but you need to apply separately for both, You can choose Deemed Universities option if you want to go for Deemed universities & if you want to go for AIQ then you need to choose AIQ option.
