Sorry to say but you have not qualified for neet 2018 the minimum marks required for general category to qualify NEET is 119. If you have any reservation then you can try for deemed universities.

No worries if you have lost your application number. You need to check your admit card which you had generated before the entrance exam. The application number will be mentioned on that admit card.
