There are less chances to get seat in the government colleges under all india quota . You can try of getting seat in the private colleges in state quota. Use NEET UG College predictor to check chances of getting seat in mbbs/bds colleges.

In order to take admission in private colleges in Karnataka or Tamilnadu you need to register on the particular state website. Karnataka application form is expected to come out in this week & Tamilnadu application form is expected to come out from the second week of June, 2018.

With this rank there are less chances of getting admission into any government medical college as for that you should aim for a score greater than 490-500 but don't be dishearten you could easily get admission into some private college at state level quota and some good deemed medical universities.
