Good Luck!!
The NEET cut off varies from year to year, state to state and as well as college to college. It also depends on the Quota you are applying through as well as the Category of Admission. Government and Private Colleges have cut-offs of their own.
Assuming you are applying through the 15% All India Quota under OBC Category for a Government Medical College, the cut-off for NEET 2017 was Rank 5922 which corresponds to a score of approximately 460 marks out of 720.
If you are looking at a seat through All India Quota, your chances will be quite less as the competition under OBC category is quite vigorous too. My advise: you should apply for 85% State Quota as well as for 15% AIQ. Your chances under state quota would be better. However, it depends on the state you belong to as well as the competition prevalent there. Don't loose hope. Keep your options open. All the very best!
