You have moderate chances of getting a seat in Chattisgarh under state quota with these marks as according to the previous years the cutoff was around 360 for SC candidates. So just hope for the best you might secure a seat .

Firstly i would like to congratulate you on your good score.As you belong to reserve category, chances of getting a seat in government medical college is more.
But you can not be 100% sure as cut off varies from year to year.
