Less chances for MBBS and BAMS medical colleges...If you want you can try for Bhms,Bpt or Dental courses.

Your score will make you eligible for good private colleges, especially in Karnataka.
However, getting a Govt college may be a bit difficult.

Admission to NITs is conducted only through JEE Main exam. You can't get admission in NIT Kurukshetra through Haryana Engineering Examination.

Your score might be a little less to stand a chance for a government college in the state.
You can however try your chance at the State Councellings however it might be difficult there as well.
You can surely get good private colleges at this score.

Hello at 349 and SC category you might get a college through all India Quota Seats.
Definitely through your state quota.
Getting a private college will require some expenses and you can get them.
However there is not category wise Quota in Private colleges.
