Cut off scores vary each year. A score of 470+ will put you on the safe side.

435 is low score to get any govt. medical seat in Maharashtra through state quota without any reservations.
First of all cut of this year will be equal or slight lower than the last year.The lower standard medical colleges will be in a range of 520-530 for general. Topmost colleges
I m really sorry to say this but 481 is very low to fetch you a govt. seat through AIQ without any reservations . Keeping the trends of cut off last year , your marks should be 520-540+ to get you a govt medical seat.
