435 is low score to get any govt. medical seat in Maharashtra through state quota without any reservations.
First of all cut of this year will be equal or slight lower than the last year.The lower standard medical colleges will be in a range of 520-530 for general. Topmost colleges like kem,jj,bj,etc will require 560-590(general).You should wait for the last counselling,you may get a seat.
You can check last year allotment list available on DMER website to get an idea.
