Yes it will be refunded.

The security fee will be forfeited if the candidate who has been allotted a seat in the second Round and Mop Up Round of DGHS does not join the respective institution during the second round/ Mop Up round of counseling conducted by DGHS/MCC.

Hello aspirant,

If you wish to upgrade your alloted seat, you donot need to get admission in college alloted in first round.

You just need to file for upgrade.

If you get a seat in second round of counselling then security money will not be refunded even if you donot

I have got a state rank of 543 in mp, can i get jabalpur medical college?

In 2018, under State quota, the cut offs for various Categories for Jabalpur Medical College have been as follows:

General Category: 533
OBC: 527
SC: 429
ST: 350

We do not have State rank data but for every Category,  Jabalpur Medical College had the 2nd highest cut offs for admission.
