With your marks, it's definite that you won't get MBBS and might even not get BAMS or BHMS in a government college, it doesn't matter if which city you are asking for because of high cutoff. Students with marks less than 420 are not expected to get admission in Government College for further medical studies. But still you have a great chance if getting admission in private colleges. There are alot of good private colleges that will take you in for BDS or BAMS or BHMS. MBBS still is a little bit difficult.
