NEET 2020 will conduct online or offline in 2020

Sriya Bose Student Expert 18th Aug, 2019
Hello Aspirant!

So far NEET UG has been conducted in offline mode only. Last year, a proposal was made to hold it online, but due to lack of resources, it wasn't implemented. So far, no official notification has been released by the NTA regarding any change in mode of examination. So, till now it is expected that NEET UG 2020 will be conducted in the usual offline mode only.

Is there any chance to secure private seats of 8 lakhs fees in Karnataka for 370 marks in open quota heard 540 seats are still vacant

Sriya Bose Student Expert 18th Aug, 2019

Hello Aspirant!

This year the admission cut-offs for medical colleges have gone very high and this is true for both government and private colleges. Therefore a NEET UG score of 370 is not very promising to get you an MBBS seat.

i have got admission in a private medical college in TN ,but i want to quit and take one year drop and attempt NEETnext year. Is it possible

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 18th Aug, 2019
Dear Durga, lets say after you quit Private Medical College, you appear for NEET and crack and get a seat in Government Medical College. Now because it is a Private Medical College, you will have to shell out the entire xourse fees to get your documents and TC because the College is forgoing a potential candidate for the entire duration of the course. And this amount can be bargained with the Administration. This is the biggest economical loss you might have to bear. Now you crack NEET and secure a seat in any GMC, you have to pay the fees again how nominal it might be. If you want to bear the financial burden, drop this year and appear for NEET again, you can. This exam might help you in preparation:

What is the cutoff for medical govt college in karnataka Who belongs to HK region 2019neet

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 18th Aug, 2019
Dear Rohan, ideally the cut offs are announced after all rounds of Counselling are done with. After all rounds of Counselling approximately 540 Medical seats are lying vacant. After mop up round, a rank of 110890 secured a seat in Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences under Hyderabad-Karnataka Reservation. The rank slightly converts to a score of 400 approximately. So that can be considered as the cut off for this year. This is higher than the last year cut offs.
