My percentage in class 12 was 45% with 58 marks in biology, can u get seat in any medical college if I clear NEET with 400-500 marks?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 21st Aug, 2019
You havent mentioned if your overall 12th percentage is 45 or the aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 45% with 58 marks in Biology. For being eligible for NEET, a candidate belonging to ST Category should have completed his 10+2 and score a minimum aggregate of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For example, you scored good in Physics and Biology but scored pass marks in Chemistry and you reached an aggregate of 40%, you are still eligible for NEET. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If you have acheived an aggregate of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and you score good in NEET, you can join a MBBS seat. If you are planing on taking on NEET, this might help you:

Sir what does mop up round mean and what is fee structure ???

Shreya Singh Student Expert 18th Aug, 2019

Hello,

Mop up round is a round or a list basically that comes out after all the rounds are done. It is for filling all the vacant seats that have been left out after the rounds. Sometimes students leave their seats due to some reasons and the seats become vacant.
