Coming to your question the marks required to get into the Deccan medical college ,Telangana through the management quota must be in between 250 to 350. According to the last year cutoff .

The  marks that you have scored is really less and because of which you rank.must be really back.

With such low marks, even though you have OBC category quota, still you will not be able to get a seat. There is high possibility of not getting a seat.
