If you get another college in round 2 then only the previous college seat will go to someone else and if you did not get any college in round 2 then your previous college seat will be preserved for you. So no need to get tensed. But choose wisely during round 2.

Please tell me are you sure that even after leaving the same seat in round 1(not reporting) they will give it to me in round 2
