somthimes the allotment letter is not given due to any of the reason, you should once make a call to the specific college and ask the queries related to allotment letter to the admistration staff of that college.and ask weather ur seat has been confirmed or not.

All this depends on your pattern of filling colleges in the 1st round of counselling, i.e lets consider x,y,z are colleges of other state and A,B,C,D are your home state colleges.

Yes in such a case if you didn't take admission under state qouta seat then you can take part in the 2nd round of AIQ seat counselling processes.

But in case you take admission through state quota and then left that seat to take admission in other medical college

yes in my openion i think u should go for B.L.D.E university. the reason being the environment and surroundings is the best in bijapur,Karnataka . even the knowledge given to the students is much more efficent rather than in any private college.

Yes you can register for Round-2 even if you didn't register for Round-1 of State counselling.

State counselling is conducted by MCC and in their rules/FAQs, they have mentioned that registration facility will be available before Round-1, and also before Round-2 of state counselling.
