For refusing the seat allotted during round-1 by NEET UG 15% AIQ/DEEMED/CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES/ESIC & AFMC (MBBS/BDS) SEATS – 2019, you don't need to make a move for further procedures as there is an option of free exit. A student want to opt out of counselling procedure or don't want allotted college(round-1) can silently leave without going to any college or authority and the refund amount will be given after completion of all rounds.
