Hello Aspirant,
It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission possibilities. But chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs with this percentile.
You can go for state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana Etc. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again.
You may calculate your expected rank by this formula
100 - your total percentile score is the percentage of people ahead of you. 874469 are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100. If the number of candidates for April exam increased to 1200000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100
Using the formula
(100 - your total score) X 869010 /100
Your probable rank will be 3,47,604.
You can also check your other admission possibilities in state level counselling to go through with the given below link.

Hello dear student,
As you have asked for the percentage to get admission in IIT Roorkee so dear students to qualify for admission in IIT Roorkee you have to secure 75% marks in class 12th examination for be in top 20 percentile in the examination of class 12 conducted by whatsoever board but it should be recognised. but for SC ST category students the qualifying percentage criteria decreases to 65% in 12th board examination. I hope this was helpful for you
Best wishes
