is there available previous years question paper of M.Sc. entrance in MBBT at tezpur University

Pompi Bhadra 30th Mar, 2020
Hello Aspirant!

Most probably you will not find previous year question papers of M.Sc. MBBT entrance exam of Tezpur University in any of the websites. Though you may find sample papers in the university's official website.

Last year I had appeared for this entrance exam. So, I'm providing you here the question paper pattern and topics included with respect to the question paper of 2019 :

The duration of the examination will be of two hours. There will be a total of 60 objective type questions in the Entrance test divided into four sections - I, II, III and IV, with each section containing 15 questions. Each question will carry 1 mark and for every incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. The difficulty level of questions may vary (last year, it ranged from easy to moderate level). In section I, you'll find questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (mostly from Biology, then from chemistry and least from Physics (one or two)) of Higher Secondary level.

In the remaining 3 sections, questions from Cell and Molecular Biology (Cellular structure, composition and functions, Cell cycle, PCR, Kreb's cycle,Transcription, Translation, Wobble Hypothesis etc.) Biochemistry (Classification and Structure of aminoacids, lipids and carbohydrates, Enzymes - classification, structure and functions etc.) Genetics and Inheritance (Mendelian and Chromosomal aberrations, discovery of oncogenes and artificial genes etc.) Animal Behaviour, Ecology, Immunology (classification of Immunoglobulins, types and structure of WBCs etc.), Animal Physiology (urine formation, physiology of digestion etc.), Developmental Biology (Gastrulation in Amphibia etc.), Morphology of flowering plants, Plant diseases etc. may come.

Last year, questions were asked from the basics of these topics. Very few in-depth questions were there. Though you may possibly find yourself confused between two options. And cutoff marks are usually much high as lesser number of seats are available. So, get all your basic concepts of graduation as cleared as you can.

The answer keys are released in the official website. And later on, by the last week of July, final list of selected candidates is released.

Feel free to ask if you have any more queries.

All the very best!

do i have to do 12 class only with pcb or 11 also????and one thing is do i have to give paper of all physics chemistry and biology or only biology paper is enough as i have pcm in 12??

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 14th Feb, 2020

Because you already have studied Physics and Chemistry in your 12th, you need to take up Biology as an additional subject from NIOS and appear for NEET. And aggregate of Physics and Chemistry from your 12th and Biology from your NIOS will be calculated and you should score an aggregate of 50% in these 3 subjects. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.

which college should i prefer between IFIM bangalore and XIMB MBA BM

KUNAL LANJEWAR 22nd Mar, 2020

Hello,

The MBA in Business Management course is available in Xavier's Institute of Management Bhubaneswar ( XIMB ), whereas the IFIM Bangalore provides the PGDM degree in various courses. Though the PGDM degree is equivalent to MBA, but there is no degree available for Business Management in IFIM, Bangalore.

Discussing about XIMB, the XIMB is a private institute providing MBA in Business Management, Executive MBA in Business Analytics and Business Management and Ph.D course in Management.

Discussing specifically about the MBA in Business Management course, it is a full time course of 2 years duration. The total course fees is INR 19 Lakhs and the admissions are provided on the basis of minimum eligibility criteria as provided by the institute and the scores of CAT, XAT, GMAT and X - GMT scores. As per the reviews by the experts and students, the college has good faculty and facilities. The college focuses upon the all round development of the students. Also the faculty members are well experienced and knowledgeable.

The placement are also fair in this institute. The average package offered to the candidates is around INR 12.7 Lakhs per annum. So, overall, the institute is worth for pursuing the MBA in Business Management.

Best Wishes.

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 6th Feb, 2020

If you are enquiring about Karl Marx's concept of equality, Marx along with Engel considered Equality more of in a political view and value. This was changed to suit interests of the classes. Marx wanted the class society to be abolished. He felt that it exists in the form of capitalism. He was a critique of Politics and Ideology, Right and Morality and class society.
