Non-karnataka students come under general merit GM quota. In this category all students who don't have Karnataka residents can apply for counselling for different seats in different colleges.

Fees for this category vary from college to college. This fee may vary from 5lakh to 11 lakh for four years

Many private colleges have a reserved seat count of approximately 10-15%. These seats are known as management quota. There is no kind of reservation for such seats and everyone could apply to them. However, fees on such seats is usually higher than normal fees.
