With 355 you won't be able to get into any medical colleges in AP through NEET counselling but you can try for some colleges outside AP which offers you courses in MBBS/BDS. In my opinion if you want to pursue MBBS you can try for North Eastern Region

Don't worry , College hostel's are provide full security they won't allow you out other then college timmings and food is good and whatever state your from your a student of particular college so they treat you same with all students it's all depended on your attitude
