Dear Sir / Ma'm, except your state of domicile, only Karnataka allows non-Karnataka students to apply in their state counselling. So, apart from Maharasthra that is the only state where you can apply for the state counselling. However, the document verification of KEA has ended already.

Well the chances seem a bit low because Bihar usually have high high cut offs. Same goes for Delhi as well. In Delhi most of the colleges are top ones because of which the state quota cut off is very high. Still more chances are there in Bihar only

Yes the only colleges where you do have some chance of getting admission are private colleges. So you can try in private colleges but you cannot get MBBS. You can try for BDS or dental or some other branches. But the chance of getting MBBS is negligilble. You
