I assume you belong to general category as you have not mentioned.
As you mentioned with 314 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible.
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.

Hello there, Affidavit is nothing but a written statement verifying that the information you are providing is correct. While taking admission in college/universities , certain institutes demands affidavit.
Don't worry you can easily get it made by any lawyer sitting outside the court at a very reasonable rate..( 50 -200/-.,)
