if you didnt get a college allotted and didn't forfeit the money anyhow, then you will be returned the money after the counselling process gets over. they will initiate after they wrap up the counselling process. dont worry about that.

As you belong to the general category there are negligible chance of getting a seat in government college. But you can get a private college with this score. So do try for a private college. I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies
