According to the NEET UG 2018, 1st roundcounselling allotment list, the last OBC category candidate to get admission in MBBS under AIQ had the AIR of 8347. S/he was alloted the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal.
In the 2nd round counselling allotment list AIR 10449

With this rank you can surely expect government college but still chances for MBBS medical college are less. Still you can obviously get other branches like BHMS BAMS etc. I suggest you to go for counselling . There are some chances for you due to category rank
