State domicile can be identified only with your Aadhaar card or family ration card. I think that you would have you address as Uttar Pradesh in both the cards. So you will be able to apply for state domicile in Uttar Pradesh only and not in Delhi. Studying

According to the Management Qouta the cut off set for the same is arounf 480 and above.There are 41 seats in Management Qouta in HIMSAR, New Delhi.The fee expected for the general seats in HIMSR is 10 lakhs.
