Let me tell you with this marks you will not get any seat in any government colleges in Maharastra even if you belong from Maharastra,cutoff for government colleges in Maharastra is more than 450 + for BDS And 490+ For MBBS I think,and your Marks is not fetching that

The MCC website allowed only upto registration its not allowing to log in again so I am not able to pay registration fees,is it so for all ?

there must be some problem with website or you may have provided some wrong information , otherwise it should open for you  to continue with payment otherwise you cant go for choice filling. try again n if it doesn't stil open, then try contacting the mcc help desk

Let me clear your doubt there are most of the universities in india which takes Security Deposits from you during your Admission Process,It may be Around 5 K to 10 K,It Depends Upon University to University.But Yeah,it will be Refundable at the time of completion of your Course.

Yes you can get security deposit back in deemed universities as far as i know. But you should check once with the official site of the deemed university because its better to double check as it is the matter of money.

Dear Payal, sorry to disappoint you but this score is not enough to fetch you with seat under govt college even in SC category. Last year score of 349 secured seat in this college under STATE QUOTA.
At 241 you can get Private college.
