I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, If your Domicile state is Telangana then you can't apply for AP state quota seats. To apply for any state counseling you should have a Domicile certificate of that state otherwise you can't apply for state quota

I am here to answer your query. If you want to apply only for UP government colleges then you have to pay 30,000/- as a security amount. If you are applying only for Deemed universities or Both Deemed and Government colleges then you have to pay a security

Frankly based on your score as per the last year cut off considering you under the general category under state quota you have few colleges that you might get ,on the other hand there is no such called as free seat you have to pay fee , where
