Notification about GPAT counselling 2019 will be released online only. Candidates will be required to bring important documents like GPAT 2019 marksheet, counselling call letter, latest passport-size photograph, etc. at the venue of GPAT counselling 2019.

There are no such dates available or given by the counselling board. It would be uploaded soon on the official as well the website of careers360.

Your character certificate is issued by the last institute you attended. If you have lost the certificate you must visit the educational body and contact them as soon as possible. If you have any other doubt kindly put it in the comment section given below.

You haven't mentioned the name of the college of which you are talking about,  it depends totally upon college. I can't help you with this without knowing the name of the college. 

Also you can find the faculties name yourselfby visiting the college or college's official website.
