How many marks are required in 10th,11th and 12th for Studying Medical Course (MBBS)?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 9th Aug, 2019
Dear Raja, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary Courses across India. Then there arr AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS. Now with MCI being scrapped in the next 6 months, there is a new proposal that AIIMS and JIPMER too conduct their admissions through NEET. Until that finalises, assuming that there are 3 entrance examinations right now, here is the eligibility criteria:

NEET: If you belong to General Catargory the aggregate required in your 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 50%. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.

AIIMS MBBS: If you belong to General Catargory/OBC the aggregate required in your 10+2 in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 60%. It is 50% for SC,ST.

JIPER MBBS: If you belong to General Catargory/EWS the aggregate required in 10+2 in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 50%. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.

If you are preparing to study Medicine in the coming year or 2, this might help you:
