With 513 marks you might get govt colleges in you domicile state through state state quota. As oer previous year cut off trends it is suggested that a general category candidate must score above 550 marks and reserved category candidate above 400 marks to get good govt college through state

Hello Ayush, yes you can use your State given EWS certificate for All India Coubselling. This is because for now EWS certificate is being issued in local Tahsildar's office of the home States. And this is a central reservation scheme. So even if your EWS certificate is issued in Bihar,

Hello Vishnu, yes EWS reservation is applicable for both All India and State Counsellings. MCC has approved increase in seats for implementing EWS reservation in all Government Medical Colleges. Almost 50 seats have been increased in every Government Medical College to implement EWS reservation.
