Well dear,I don' think so there is any concept of Free seat in NEET,that too in government colleges,as the admission to government Collges is completely Merit Based.

The registration, payment and choice filling for the online counselling of 1st round through MCC will begin on 19th june, 2019. The registraion window will closed on 24th june, 2019 on 5:00pm.
The payment facility will be available till 25th june,2019 upto 2:00pm as per the server
