Counseling processes for different exams have different rules for applying to colleges outside of your domicile state. usually, you apply through a category called All India Quota seats. Can you mention the entrance exam and course you’re referring to? It will be easier to answer your query. Also,

In locking of choice, Will all colleges in which Ill get a seat will appear or the college Ive chosen while registration only will appear?

Hi, 

Choice locking is usually done after choice filling. During choice filling candidate needs to fill the college options depending on the most likely options of getting a seat. 

After the last date of choice filling is over, then there is no option of filling during the locking process.

i dont think you can get in because for medical field bio subject is compulsory

or you can try different college like 

kj somiya (mumbai)they have admission based on jee rank as well as cet

dy patil(mumbai,pune)they have admission based on jee ,cet,boards as well or mangement quota
