Ur- un reserved 
Obc
Sc
So if you fall under ur category then  according to previous year-
Cutoff of sgrd amritsar was. 438 marks
If you fall under obc category then
Cutoff marks were 403

Colleges is totally depend on the marks you got and the rank. Different states have their own criteria for seats to allote. 

As you have not mentioned about any state, its difficult to say about any college with any information.

Cutoff in sikh quota 2018 sgrd amritsar

Hello ,

According to previous years record ,the cut off for candidate under Sikh quota was 382.In shri guru ram das college, half of the seats are reserved  under Sikh quota .Total 150 seats are available out of which 75 seats are reserved for Sikh candidates .

Yes you have chances. Being a sc candidate ,the cutoff is 133-107 which you qualified. But qualifying is not all that is needed ,good score gives you a better college. So according to me you should go for the councelling and you may get pvt. Medical colleges as well.

Without registering for counselling, the state rank can only be predicted with the previous year data available. You will have to check the trend followed in the previous years and the correlation between all India rank and state rank, but it won't be accurate.

Hy aspirant,
The cut off marks that is set by government colleges for to get seat is 490+ so I think it's hard for 461 marks . You can always opt for private colleges as backup.if you want to go for other colleges you have to check your AIR .
