Yes you have chances. Being a sc candidate ,the cutoff is 133-107 which you qualified. But qualifying is not all that is needed ,good score gives you a better college. So according to me you should go for the councelling and you may get pvt. Medical colleges as well.

Without registering for counselling, the state rank can only be predicted with the previous year data available. You will have to check the trend followed in the previous years and the correlation between all India rank and state rank, but it won't be accurate.

According to the announcement made by the central government of India, 10% of the total seats are reserved for EWS category students. In 10000 seats, thousand are reserved for EWS category candidates. They will have to provide the income certificate generated from SDM or DM office.
